Installation

1. Park on level ground, turn the engine off, and disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Open the hood and remove the clips/bolts holding the grille or upper bumper cover as needed to reach the headlight bolts.
3. Remove the headlight mounting bolts, pull the headlight forward, and unplug the connector(s).
4. Plug in the new headlight and test low beam, high beam, turn signal, and marker lights before mounting.
5. Bolt the new headlight in place and reinstall trim and clips.
6. Reconnect the battery and aim the headlights against a flat wall before night driving.

FAQs

What bulb sizes do these headlights use?
Low beam is H11 and high beam is H1. Bulbs are not included.

Can I install LED or HID bulbs in these headlights?
Yes. These are halogen housings, so they accept H11 and H1 LED or HID conversion kits.

Will these fit my Focus without the LED DRL strip?
No. Check your current headlight: if it has no LED strip along the top edge, these will not plug in.

Will these fit a 2012-2014 Focus?
No. The 2015-2018 facelift headlight has a different shape.

Do I need to remove the front bumper?
Usually the bumper cover needs to be loosened or removed to reach the lower headlight bolts.
