This is an H4 to H11 type adapter used on some Harley Motorcycles when upgrading the factory headlamp
Will fit the follow and possibly others with the same configuration:
Required on 2014 and newer RoadKing (Road King (EFI) - FLHR) when replacing the stock dual-halogen headlamps with a LED headlamp or any other H4 based headlamp
