Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A return request (RMA) is required from our sale staff.

- Restocking fee will apply if the item is in used conditions or has scratches from handling (up to 25%)

- Shipping to customer paid by us is not refundable even if the product has free shipping

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of delivery to our address. Bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping Method

UPS - For Large Items, signature maybe required on some items and cannot be waived

USPS 1st Class Mail - For Small items less than one pound




All warranties begin on the date of purchase and apply only to the original purchaser. If an item fails during intended use before its warranty expiration, it can be exchanged for a new replacement of the original item. Warranties cover only the cost of the item and do not cover any damage, labor, return shipping costs, or any other inconveniences incurred. An item that has been installed is not eligible to be returned for a refund and may be eligible for a replacement of the original item.


For a new replacement item to be covered under warranty, the failed item it is replacing must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving return instructions.
