Where do you ship?
We ship to virtually any address in the world. Some products cannot be shipped internationally.
How is shipping calculated?
Rates are based on weight, rounded up to the next pound. Large items ship by UPS (a signature may be required). Items under 1 lb ship by USPS First Class.
Can I return an item?
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You need a return authorization (RMA) first. Used or scratched items may have a restocking fee of up to 25%. Shipping we paid to send the item to you is not refundable.
How long do refunds take?
About a week after we receive your return. Your bank may then take 5–10 business days to post it.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cancelled after payment is captured are subject to a 3% fee.
What if a part fails?
Warranty coverage starts on the purchase date and applies to the original purchaser. A failed item is exchanged for a replacement; installed items cannot be refunded but may be replaced. The customer pays shipping both ways. Full terms are in our refund policy.
