Installation

1. Open the hood, remove the radiator cover clips and the 10 mm bolts and 7 mm screws beneath it.
2. Turn each wheel fully, remove the fender-liner screws at the front of the liner and pull it aside.
3. Remove the bumper-to-fender bolts, release the bumper clips, unplug the fog-light connectors and pull the bumper cover forward.
4. Remove the headlamp upper and lower 10 mm fasteners, unplug it, install the new lamp, test and aim.

Will these fit an Escape with LED DRL?
No. These are for models without the LED daytime running light strip.

Do I need to remove the front bumper to replace these headlights?
Yes. On the 2017-2019 Escape the front bumper cover has to be pulled to reach the lower headlamp fasteners.

Can I install HID or LED kits?
Yes. This is a halogen housing, so a plug-in LED or HID kit in your factory bulb size can be used. Aim the headlights afterward.
