Installation
- Disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the push pins and lift off the radiator shroud (unhook it from the intake first).
- Remove the eight 10 mm bolts across the top of the grille, pop the grille edges off the headlamps and release the lower clips; unplug the front camera and washer hose if equipped.
- Remove the four 10 mm headlamp bolts (one top, two inner, one between fender and bumper behind the rubber strip), unclip the top, push the lamp down and out and unplug it.
- Transfer the inner trim (T25) to the new lamp, plug in, seat the guide pin under the weatherstrip, refit bolts, grille and shroud, then test and aim.

Will these fit a 2019 Super Duty?
No. The 2020 refresh uses different headlights.
Will these fit LED-equipped trucks?
No. Factory halogen only.
Do I need to remove the front bumper to replace these headlights?
No. On the Super Duty only the radiator shroud and grille come off; the headlamp is held by 10 mm bolts.
Can I install HID or LED kits?
Yes. This is a halogen housing, so a plug-in LED or HID kit in your factory bulb size can be used. Aim the headlights afterward.
