Note on Dodge and Chrysler vehicles: The PWM systems in many Dodge and Chrysler vehicles are notoriously aggressive. While this decoder solves issues for the vast majority of vehicles, it may not resolve all flickering issues on certain Dodge/Chrysler platforms due to their specific electrical architecture.
