Installation
- Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the front wheelhouse flap/splash panel (7 mm bolts) and the T15 wheel-liner screws, then pull the liner back.
- Pry the fender molding away from the fascia, remove the 7 mm and the two T20 fascia-to-fender screws, and release the fascia from the fender on both sides.
- Remove the upper grille T15 screws, unplug the fascia harness (slide the red lock) and pull the fascia off with a helper.
- Remove the four 7 mm headlamp bolts, unplug the two rear connectors, install the new lamp, reverse the steps and aim.

FAQs
Will these fit an RS or High Country?
No. Those use animated lamps.
Will these fit a 2023 Traverse?
No. 2024+ third generation only.
Do I need to remove the front bumper to replace these headlights?
Yes. The front bumper fascia has to come off to reach the headlamp bolts. Plan on 1-2 hours with a helper.
Can I install HID or LED kits?
Not applicable. The low and high beams are built-in factory LED; there is no replaceable headlight bulb for an LED or HID kit.
