Installation — 2026-2027 Volvo XC60

Tools: Torx driver, plastic trim tool. About 15-20 minutes per side.

1. Open the tailgate and remove the trim cover on the inside of the cargo area/D-pillar behind the lamp.
2. Unplug the connector and remove the retaining nuts.
3. Ease the lamp rearward off its locating pins.
4. Fit the new lamp, refit the nuts, plug in, refit the trim and test every function.
