What's Included

Installation

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable (HID). Pop the center grille bar off and remove the two 10 mm bolts behind it.
2. Under the hood remove the 5.5 mm screws, the 10 mm screws and the push retainers holding the panel between the grille and radiator, then lift the grille out (two upper bolts, two lower ball clips).
3. Turn the wheels, remove the three 5.5 mm screws in each wheel well and release the bumper clips under the headlights so the cover can be pulled away from the lamp.
4. Remove the headlamp screws, pull the lamp forward, unplug it and move your HID bulbs and ballasts over.
5. Install in reverse, check that the locating points engage and aim the headlights.

Will these fit a halogen Flex?
No. The listing photos show HID only, not halogen.

Does it fit the 2009-2012 Flex?
No. 2013-2019 only.

Do I need to remove the front bumper to replace these headlights?
Yes. Ford's owner manual says the bumper fascia and grille must be removed to take out the headlamp.

Can I install HID or LED kits?
