What's Included

Installation

1. Open the hood and remove the hood seal along the radiator support (unclip it from one end).
2. Remove the five T30 Torx fasteners along the top edge of the bumper cover.
3. Remove the two upper T30 headlight bolts, then loosen (do not remove) the two lower 8 mm bolts about four turns so they do not drop behind the bumper.
4. Pull the bumper corner away, slide the headlight forward off the lower bolts, rotate the outer corner up and lift it out. Full bumper removal is not required.
5. Slide the main connector lock down and unplug it, then unplug the small connector.
6. Move over your D1S bulbs and halo bulbs, install in reverse with patience so the lower tabs are not broken, and aim the lights.

What bulbs do these headlights use?
Low/high beam uses a D1S HID bulb (not included). The 1156A turn signal bulb is included. Halo bulbs are not included; reuse yours.

Can I install LED or HID bulbs?
These are already HID housings and will not work on halogen cars.

Will these fit a 2006 535i?
No. These match the 2008-2010 LCI cars.
