FAQs
What bulb sizes do these headlights use?
The low/high beam uses an HIR2 (9012) bulb, which is included. The listing does not state the turn/marker bulb sizes; reuse your factory bulbs.
Do I need to remove the front bumper to replace these headlights?
Yes. On the sixth-gen Taurus the front bumper cover has to come off; the lamp is then held by an upper bolt, a front bolt, a side bolt and a push-pin.
How do I change the amber side marker bulb?
Remove the front screws holding the wheel-well splash shield, peel it back and reach up behind the lamp; removing the wheel gives more room.
Can I install HID or LED kits?
Yes. These are halogen projectors, so a 9012 (HIR2) LED or HID kit fits. Aim afterward.
