Installation

1. Disconnect the battery. Remove the front wheels (or turn them fully) for access.
2. Remove the body-side front shield bolts and the splash-shield push pins in each wheel well, and unplug the side repeater lamp connector.
3. Remove the bumper-to-fender push pin and bolts at each side, the radiator sight shield push pins on top, and the upper bumper cover bolts; unplug the bumper harness connector.
4. With a helper, pull the front bumper cover forward and off.
5. Remove the 5 headlamp bolts, release the locking tab, pull the lamp forward and unplug it.
6. Move your LED control modules to the new lamps if required, install the new lamps (bolts 28 lb-in / 3.2 Nm per Ford), refit the bumper cover, test every function and aim the headlights.
