What's Included

Installation

1. Peel off the hood rubber seal and remove the Torx screws (T25/T30) along the top of the bumper cover.
2. From underneath, remove the 8 mm screws and plastic rivets; in each wheel well remove the 3 hex screws holding the wheel-housing trim and pull it back, then remove the upper screws at the top of each wheel housing.
3. Pull the bumper cover forward, unplug the fog lights, parking sensors and washer hoses, and remove it with a helper.
4. If a retaining clip is fitted at the top rear of the headlight, remove its screw and clip (the connector cannot be unplugged otherwise). Remove the access cover in the wheel well and unplug the headlight.
5. Remove the lower and top anchor screws and pull the headlight forward out of the car.
6. Fit the new lamp to its holder, tighten the screws (6 Nm per BMW), refit the bumper cover, test every function and aim the headlights.
