Shipping
- We ship to virtually any address; some products cannot ship internationally.
- Rates are weight-based, rounded up to the next pound.
- Large items: UPS (signature may be required). Under 1 lb: USPS First Class.
Returns
- Most new, unopened items: 30 days from delivery.
- Contact us for a return authorization (RMA) before sending anything back.
- Used or scratched items: restocking fee up to 25%.
- Original shipping paid by GENSSI is not refundable.
- Refunds: about a week after we receive the item, plus 5–10 business days for your bank.
- Cancellation after payment capture: 3% fee.
Defective items
Failed items are exchanged for a replacement under the warranty terms in our refund policy.
