What's Included

Installation

1. Switch the lights off and open the hood. Mark the grille position on the radiator support with tape.
2. Remove the two grille-to-headlamp push pins and the four bolts across the top of the grille.
3. Pull the top of the grille forward, press the lower spring clips through the grille openings with a flat screwdriver and remove the grille.
4. Remove the four headlamp bolts, pull the lamp straight out to release the fender snap clip and unplug the connector.
5. Fit the new lamp, making sure the lower locating point is fully engaged, refit the grille to your mark and aim the headlights.

What bulb sizes do these headlights use?
Per the listing bulb chart: H11 low beam, HB3 high beam, 3157NA turn signal and W5W parking bulb.

Will these fit a Transit Connect?
No. The Transit Connect is a smaller van with a different headlight; these fit the full-size Transit 150/250/350.

Do I need to remove the front bumper to replace these headlights?
No. Per the Ford Transit owner manual only the grille comes off: two grille-to-headlamp push pins, four upper grille bolts and the lower spring clips. The headlamp is then held by four bolts.

Can I install HID or LED kits?
Yes. This is a halogen housing, so a plug-in LED or HID kit in your factory bulb size can be used. Aim the headlights afterward.
