What's Included

Installation (2007-2017 Jeep Patriot)

Tools: 10 mm socket and ratchet, Phillips screwdriver, trim/push-pin tool, torque wrench (in-lb).

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the lower splash shield screws, the wheel-well push pins and screws, and the upper fascia screws and push pins.
3. Unplug the fog light connectors and remove the front fascia.
4. Remove the 3 10 mm nuts that hold the headlight brackets to the studs.
5. Pull the lamp forward, unplug the H13 connector, and move the bulb to the new lamp.
6. Fit the new headlight on the studs and tighten the nuts to 25 in-lb (factory spec).
7. Repeat on the other side, test, refit the fascia, and aim the beams.

FAQ

Does this include the turn signal lights?
No. This is the headlight pair only. If your corner lights are also faded, see our Patriot headlight + corner light set.

Is the Patriot headlight one bulb or two?
One. Each lamp uses a single H13 dual-filament bulb for both low and high beam.

What bulb sizes do these use?
Headlight (low/high) H13 (bulbs NOT included).

Can I put LED bulbs in these?
Yes. These are halogen housings, so H13 LED conversion kits fit. Use a quality kit with a CANbus decoder if you see flicker or a bulb-out warning, and re-aim the beams after install.
