Upgrade your 2004-2012 Chevy Colorado / GMC Canyon with this black-housing, clear-lens LED tail light pair. A light-guide running lamp with start-up animation, bright LED brake section, dynamic sequential turn signal and LED reverse light replace the factory lamps and bolt into the original mounting points.

Installation: 2004-2012 Chevy Colorado / GMC Canyon (1st gen (GMT355))
Tools: 10 mm socket, Phillips screwdriver, plastic trim tool. About 10-15 minutes per side.
- Open the tailgate. Each tail light is held by two screws on its inner edge, visible in the tailgate opening.
- Remove the two screws, then pull the lamp straight back to release its outer clips from the body.
- Unplug the factory connector and set the old lamp aside.
- Connect the new lamp (supplied harness where included), routing the wire so it is not pinched.
- Align the lamp on its clips, press it home and refit the fasteners.
- Test running, brake, turn and reverse on both sides.
- If the turn signal flashes fast, add a load resistor or LED flasher.
