Installation: 2017-2023 Mini Cooper Countryman F60 (F60)

Tools: 10 mm socket, Phillips screwdriver, plastic trim tool. About 15-20 minutes per side.

1. Open the liftgate and remove the side trim access cover on the cargo-area side panel behind each tail light.
2. Unplug the factory connector and remove the retaining nuts from the lamp studs.
3. Pull the lamp straight back to release its locating pins from the body.
4. Fit the new lamp on the studs, refit the fasteners and connect it with the supplied harness.
5. Refit the access cover.
6. Test running, brake, sequential turn and reverse on both sides.
7. If the turn signal flashes fast, add a load resistor or LED flasher.
