Installation

1. Park on level ground, turn the engine off, and disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Open the hood and remove the upper radiator cover/grille clips and bolts; loosen the upper front fascia to reach the lower headlight bolts.
3. Remove the headlight mounting bolts, pull the headlight forward, and unplug the connector.
4. Plug in the new headlight and test low beam, high beam, DRL, side marker, and turn signal before mounting.
5. Bolt the new headlight in place, reinstall the fascia, grille, and clips.
6. Reconnect the battery and aim the headlights on a flat wall before night driving.

What bulb sizes do these headlights use?
Low beam is HB3 (9005) and high beam is H9. The running light and side marker are built-in LED.

Can I install LED or HID bulbs in these headlights?
Yes. These are halogen housings, so they accept 9005 and H9 LED or HID conversion kits.

Will these fit my 2017-2019 Escape Titanium with HID headlights?
No. These fit factory halogen headlights with LED DRL only, not factory HID/Xenon.

Will these fit a 2020+ Escape?
No. The 2020+ Escape has a completely different body and headlight design.

Do I need to remove the front bumper?
