Installation

1. Remove the engine compartment sight shield and the push pins on the radiator trim; raise and support the car.
2. Remove the T20 fender-liner screws and the 7 mm fascia-to-fender bolt in each wheel well (turn the wheel for access), then the lower 7 mm fascia bolts.
3. Release the fascia from the fender and headlamp brackets by wedging a nylon tool in and pressing the snaps one at a time while pulling.
4. Unplug the fog lights and pull the fascia off; remove the two 7 mm screws and the headlamp bracket.
5. Remove the four 7 mm headlamp screws (GM spec 2.5 Nm / 22 lb-in), push the lamp up, slide it out and unplug it.
6. Install in reverse, line the lens up with the fender body line, and aim the headlights.
