Installation
- Make sure the headlamps are off and open the hood. Remove the six push pins at the front trim cover and the three upper bumper cover screws.
- Remove the push pin at the inboard side of the headlamp and the two headlamp screws.
- Remove the three lower wheel-housing fasteners and the two outer lower bumper cover fasteners on that side; pull the cover outward 1.2 in (3 cm), then forward 4 in (10 cm).
- Pull the headlamp outward to release the lower fixing point, lift it out and unplug it.
- Install the new lamp, reverse the steps and aim. Repeat on the other side.

Will these fit a halogen Fusion?
No. Factory LED models only.
Will these fit a 2016 Fusion?
No. 2017-2020 only.
Do I need to remove the front bumper to replace these headlights?
Partly. You loosen the bumper cover and pull it out about 4 in (10 cm); it does not have to come fully off.
Can I install HID or LED kits?
Not applicable. The low and high beams are built-in factory LED; there is no replaceable headlight bulb for an LED or HID kit.
