Common Questions and Issues
- To Use the APP IOS 10.0 / Android 4.4 or above is required Download application QR Code or go to Google or APP Store search for the application PRO RGB and download it Please refer to the APP operation guide of the setting page in the APP
- APP device doesn't need a PIN, if required, that means your connection step is wrong. Please uninstall the APP and download again. Rurn on the Bluetooth, then connect the device directly on the app.
- If lights are not turning on or working correctly check all connections and make sure the pins are pushed in all the way
